If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
Please make sure that the address you are entering in the "Billing" field is the address that is registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statements. The website provides information on items’ availability directly on the product page and provides the estimated time of shipment at checkout. When you have selected the product or the size needed, you can see different stock status.

The authorised amount will be released by your credit card’s issuing bank according to its policy. Save as otherwise stated on the website during the purchase process, the purchase transaction will only be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation for an amount equal to the purchase price of the ordered products, confirmed product availability and prepared your order for shipping.
If you have received an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please replace a new order online, otherwise please contact us at email@example.com.

Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, but only tracking links found in the shipment confirmation e-mail. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking link in order to track your shipment. Certain locations can only be tracked within the UK.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
